Well, she tries to put a cheery face on climate change and habitat destruction, etc. but I don't think Bill McGibbon (who she quotes) would agree. She seems to be more adjectives than science, although I now know that my fingernails grow one nanometer a day, that is a mystery that has kept me awake at night.
