A quick insight on what the book is about: Daughter of a Vampire Queen vs. the just made King of the Dragons. Sounds strange, but he is a shifter. Although there are things about him that are, shall we say, vampy.
From the quick review on the back of the book, you know it is a Romance between them. It is how it all comes about.
Over all it was ok, I gave it 2 1/2 stars. I have read worse, but the ending really stunk on ice. No closure, no tie ups. Entertaining to a degree, maybe it will be better if the author does write more.
I am guessing she is coming out with more. However, I did check out her site and did not see anything regarding those loose ends. I do understand how some one could really hate the book. Slow beginning, great build up, and then a big let down with no closure.
