This is an incredibly dull story; 1920s stories with women learning to drive cars are appallingly boring. The information about individual characters seemed to be written for high schoolers. This story is set after WWI. If you are into vintage fashion, this is a great book. Otherwise, it seemed average. It is definitely post WWI. I do not anticipate reading more of this series.
