Book Review of The Prophesied End-Time

This is the first book that I have read written by this author and I have found that while the book is well written and fairly easy to understand, the point of view is most certainly quite far from most of the other biblical prophecy books available. I would recommend that beginners start with some of the more conventional biblical prophecy books currently available and move on to read this author once some basic concepts are understood.

The author takes the point of view that the Rapture of the believers will NOT take place prior to the beginning of the Tribulation Period but rather only the 144,000 spoken of in Revelations will be taken by the Son of G-d on his coming return. Many other current biblical prophecy books take the view that all believers (dead and alive) will be raptured before Tribulation starts.

One of the primary concerns addressed by the author covers the worship practices of both Christians and Jews. He writes that Jewish practice of Passover is not conducted on the correct (his interpretation) day that is instructed by the Torah. He also points out that most Christians worship on the incorrect day of the week - every week. G-d instructs his people to worship on the 7th day and Sunday is NOT the 7th day. A quite complete written proof is provided to substantiate this claim.

Read this book with an open mind....do not let any current beliefs get in the way of understanding the point of view taken by the author.

And above all, please do not do what a previous reader of my copy did....so displeased with the author's point of view that there are not just notes in the margins but negative red pen comments covering complete sections of the text. For a member of ppbk swap.com, that is a real no-no!!
