I had heard a lot about this book, but thought it wasn't something I would like. I'm not a big science fiction or fantasy fan and don't have an interest in vampires. BUT, I really enjoyed this book! I read it in a couple of days. It's a good read and well written. The character of Bella is well-developed and I had empathy for her.
