My all time Favorite Hollows BOOK to this day. I say that now but I'll probably be saying that about the next one too because Kim Harrison never disappoints me : ) this was however a great book. Its more about Rachel and Trents relationship than anything else. We hardly see Pierce at all only a little towards the end. And Ivy while there is more quiet than usual. I totally loved Jenks it this one but Ive loved him all along he just gets better with each book. While he is still sad over Mattelina he is starting to perk up. Al who always delivers was missing a lot during the book but the parts he was in were awesome. Rachel is pretty much up shit creek through the whole book like always and Trent is pulling the strings during the whole trip. Starting by ruining the St Louis Arch (which I was disappointed in because its our only real tourist attraction) when he released the only other Demon who can stay on earth. I loved that Rachel is Finally Rocking who she is. Im dying for the next installment and I just know it will be as fantastic as this one. Rachel will surely be in trouble with AL in the next one. But I was also impressed with the range of emotions that Al had in this book I'd like more of that in the future
