ISBN 1590601521 - Printed in China. China. Do they have Santa in China? Christmas books are among my favorites and Christmas novelty books are, usually, even better. This one, for me, misses the mark in a few ways, but very young kids will probably like it. The only negative to that is that it comes with a warning that it's not suitable for children under 36 months, due to small parts.

From the front covers, a stuffed Santa head (also made in China) protrudes through a cut-out hole. The hole is in every page and the Santa head is stuck to the last page. The rhyming text is very limited, just one short line on every other page. Santa prepares to deliver toys to children.

The head is stuck on the last page with glue and probably easily removed. The pages are thick board book pages which will stand up to some abuse and are easy for small fingers to turn, although the do tend to get hooked on the Santa head. There is no author or illustrator named on the book. The illustrations are super vibrant and very Christmasy. The other books in this series from Playmore are ISBN 1590601548 My Little Reindeer and ISBN 159060153X Let's Make a Snowman.
