For most of this book, it reads like a relatively mundane study of a patient in a psych ward. I read chapter after chapter, hoping for some kind of a twist to make it a worthwhile read. I was not disappointed. Finally, in the last chapter, a twist came that I never expected. Made the whole book worth reading.
