Easy to follow, logical way of looking at what is best for you to eat for your blood type. There is no proven science behind what is written in the book, even thuogh it is written by a doctor. For me it makes sense, but this kind of information is subjective. It is interesting to know what is "good" for you and why and what is "bad" for you and why, or at least thier theory. I am very happy with the book and refer to it often when making my grocery list. I would encourage anyone looking for a differnt way to approach food to give it a try, it is NOT a diet but a way at looking how to nourish your body to the fullest extent.
