Education was the only solution and so she worked thru college and then entered law schoo, one out of 3 women in her graduating class. She made her way into a man's world fighting for her seat in Congress, her membership to the prestigious Budget Committee and then the coveted nomination for vice-president. With grace and candor she tells about her life.
