1813 - England
I loved this book. I almost didn't order it as the first in the series was not my favorite, but I am definately glad that I did. Charlotte is so funny, and I found myself rooting for poor Rothbury throughout the entire story. The outside characters were also interesting, providing background some hilarious scenes.
I definately recommend the book - even if you haven't read the first. It can stand assuradely stand alone.
