It's December 4 in Los Angeles and Angela Wood is celebrating a $687 profit for pickpocketing. She is having a cocktail and decides to steal a patron's expensive looking leather bag. There is no money, no laptop computer, nothing of any value, at least not to Angela. It's just a black, leather-bound book and Angela leafs through the pages This is no ordinary bookâ¦. This is the 11th Robert Hunter novel by Chris Carter. It is a gritty, thrilling novel and an excellent read. Angela Wood and Hunter finds themselves at the end of a serial killer's rope and become victims as he wants his kill journal back. I am now looking forward to the next book in the series. If you like gritty novels, then you will love this book. Highly recommended!
