This is the first book in my second series I've read by Mary Connealy. And since historical romance is my favorite genre, I absolutely loved this book, too. Mary has a way of adding humor while tackling some serious marital issues in this book. And she gives enough background of her other characters to set up for future books in this series. I can hardly wait for the next book to not only to see what happens with Belle and her daughters, but also see how Cassie and Red's relationship grows. And I do hope to find out what happens to Wade. Highly recommend!
