At this point in my life, I am all about creating "WOW" in 30 minutes or less. (Or, if longer, at least with ingredients I can find at the corner grocery.)

This book had some good sounding recipes, but many are either very complicated or require obscure (in my small town) ingredients. Yes, I know I COULD takethe time to make them, and I COULD order the ingredients off the internet, but that is not what I'm going for right now.

So, for me, this book is a little impractical. If you have the time and the resources, a great book for you.
