This is the follow up to Blood Opera Sequence, Book 1. I would suggest highly that you read Book 1 before reading this one, as this picks up where the other left off. This way you will know what is going on (and what has gone on before) as the story progresses. Briefly, it is the story of a very powerful, mysterious family. The family includes Rachaela and her daughter Ruth. It is a story of incest, secrets, vampires(?) and very longgggggggggggggg lives! I have Book 1 on my bookshelf in case you haven't read that one yet!
