Book Review of Predator

Predator

This was a decent movie novelization although the portrayal of the Predator species in it is a lot different than in the usual Predator series. Quite often, I had to wonder if the author of the book had actually seen the movie or read the script because the majority of this descriptions of the alien were way off. This "Predator" seems to be able to possess animal minds and then shape-change into them which makes it hard to get into because it goes against what we've seen in the movies and read in the usual "Predator" novels and comics. But, it's a good stand-alone read, even though the writer apparently doesn't seem to realize cheetahs and hyenas are NOT native to Central America...
