Jane Whitefield thought she was done with the part of her life where she spirited people away to new lives. Then the unthinkable happens. Her husband, to whom she'd given her promise to quit, is asking for help for an old friend.
This is an interesting book, with lots of action. Jane discovers that she hasn't lost her way, but some people are out to change the way things are done. She's in trouble, but gets herself and her latest charge to safety.
