I believe this is the final book in the Hope's Crossing Series and I loved it from beginning to end, what's not to like? What I loved was that the book highlighted our Wounded Warriors. We watch healthy young people go off to war to excessive media coverage, but we never see the story of how broken they often come home and what our government is doing to see that they get the care they need. I always wondered and worried whether or not Dylan would get his own story and what would or did become of the temperamental and in some of Hope's Crossing residents opinion the cold hearted bitch Genevieve Beaumont? The story was a sensitive portrayal of severely injured people both emotionally and physically. It also pointed out that one should probably never judge people and a hard lesson learned to leave the past where it belonged. It show cased that we all have the power to change. Finally it is a true Christmas story that made me come close to weeping. I loved this story so much that I'm not sure I can convey just how much it touched me. Please read it and you will find out what I am talking about.

Here it is November, close enough to see Christmas stories on the Hallmark channel. I just had to read Dylan's story again and love it again. Please pay attention and perhaps contribute what you can to our men and women who sacrificed so much for us.
