i pre-read this book before I hand it over to a teenage relative, to ensure if it would or would not have the prospect of "impact".
My conclusion it that its a guidebook for teenagers and can have a positive aspect in his/her life "IF" that teenager reads it, then if they take it serious, and if they are interested in changing his/her destructive lifestyle.
If you have such a teen, this book, if read, can have some impact. Bill has provided a manner for teens willing to make change, guidelines for doing so.
I, personally, enjoyed reading this book and I had long forgotten the extreme influences that bombard teens in society. I would recommend this book for ALL teens. If read, this book can help.
