Overall good. A quick audiobook. From empirical evidence Connelly makes the point that there is no such thing as rehabilitation in our criminal justice system. Very little is done to prevent criminals from commiting more and more dangerous crimes after the system lets them go back into society. A few other additional gems, stories mostly from the 1980's. The latest reference in the book was from 1997.
