Funny, sweet, no gratuitous sex like recent run-of-the mill historical regency romances. There are a couple of bedroom scenes, but they did not run on 2 or 3 pages. H/H are very likeable. Heroine is always hungry and enjoys food. Don't get me wrong, she's small, but eats like a trucker :-), hyper and talks a lot. She's on the young side, too, although mature enough for the hero, who's in his mid-late twenties. Hero is not a rake, just a regular guy. If you like Julia Quinn, which I do, I recommend this book. Good start for this debut author.
