A fantastic book for those who want a great meal without dirtying up every dish, pot and pan in the house! It is easy to read and directions are simple. It has substitute charts, conversion charts, equivalents for dry & liquid measures, etc. on both inside covers front and back. Colorful pictures and lots of helpful hints! If you like to cook and like things simple this is a good one for you. John E.
