For the vegetarian mac & cheese recipe alone this book is great! It's also very interesting for those trying to get away from using wheat flours. I may be allergic to wheat and this interests me. However, the main dish recipes do not jump out at me as spectactular. ;) Is it worth the $20 I paid for it? No. However, our library didn't have it and it wasn't available on paperback swap or at my local used book store.
