I had never heard of the Twilight Saga and I had never heard of the movie either. It wasn't until I was in my local movie rental store, noting all of the marketing, that my interest was finally piqued. I asked the salesperson what all the hype was about. He told me that 'Twilight' is the new generation's 'Titanic.' So I rented it and loved the movie. It left me wanting more so I purchased the book and was consumed by it. I then purchased the rest in the series and thoroughly enjoyed each one. Depsite being the size of an average brick, I read them all within a week and have now circled back and restarted the series. It is all a bit ridiculous as I am a grown woman but there is something special and relatable to the innocence of first love. I love the characters of Edward and Bella and I love their story. My husband just doesn't get it but I cannot get enough.
