A fairly typical James Patterson novel that was a bit more gory than some of his other books. With such short chapters, I finished the book in no time, but the way the killer in this book kills, it makes me wonder how authors come up with such awful and violent ideas.
Swimsuit starts out with the disappearance of a young model from a swimsuit shoot for a magazine in Hawaii. The girl's parents pair up with a journalist to help investigate her disappearance, but her disappearance is only the beginning.
Although a very fast read, and not the best of writing, Patterson's book does keep the reader's attention to the very end. I enjoyed reading it.
