A great book for older children to early teens (tweens) who are interested in sci-fi and adventure books. The story of a group of kids being given the powers to 'morph' into any animal or person they touch is as thrilling as it is interesting.
I've read over half of the series, never got to the rest of them due to a lack of them at the school library. I highly suggest reading as much as you can, as fast as you can, since you'll chew through these short books rather quickly.
Applegate has done a great job with this series, and I hope I can someday give it to my children to enjoy.
