This book was OK, but not one of her best. I had a hard time getting into the story as it involved a lot of running away in the beginning. The characters weren't developed enough for me to really care about the outcome. Also portions of the story were rather difficult to believe and not very realistic. Jude Deveraux is really a much better author than this book would lead you to believe. It almost seems as though she just rushed through it to throw a story together quickly.
