This book is one of the most awesome page turners I have read from Ms Picoult . I found the charecters to be so real and could identify with being a teenager with this book . a really great read . I would not reccomend this book to anyone who was going through a medical trauma with a child though . It was an awesome story . but I would have liked to see the brothers charecter explored a little more .
