The Omen Machine an ancient, mysterious and indestructible device in the very core of the royal palace. Palace intrigue, magic, good vs evil, a new and deadly and powerful enemy, always favorite themes. Richard and Khalan's lives in peril. A wholly satisfying read, and an ending with issues unresolved...and another and hopefully many more books yet to come.
