A female plumber/country bumpkin interests a New York society columnist. Why not she must certainly be one of a kind. But she find him to be way too snobby and sarcastic. After practically witnessing a murder, they become vulnerable to mob scrutiny and find themselves hiding out together. His attraction to her soft and somewhat voluptuous body confuses him after his usual skinny slinky society chicks. His sarcasm she sees as witty and offense by turn. Thought she can't keep his eyes off his sexy bod his attitude about small towns in general repulses her. Of course, the sexy bod wins out when she realizes he is more down to eath than she thought. The guy can run a vacuum and cook and he's really nice to all her friends! It's a fun story.
