From the cover:
For more than twenty years, "What's Happening to Me?" has helped parents explain puberty to their children who are experiencing "growing pains."
More than one million children and young adults have enjoyed the humor and honesty in this book, while learning what really happens to their bodies as they mature.

From me:
I bought this book for my boys last year. They were intrigued and embarassed by it. It didn't help that I simpy called out to my 11 year old and said, "Hey, I picked up a book you might be interested in." He started skimming it, got real still, and said, "I'm going to read this in my room." He and his brother perused it, commenting to each other now and then. There were snickers and OMGs. Once they called out, "why would you buy something like this?" Yet, judging from the different places I've found the book over the past year, I'm confident they've read it thoroughly and that it was helpful.
