I had heard many poitive AND negative things about this series, and I had absolutely no interest in seeing the movie, but seeing as how I like to sometimes go out on a limb and read something new, I decided to get every book in the series and begin reading once I had gotten through all of the books I was dying to read first.
Well, I can honestly say that once I began reading Twilight, I WAS HOOKED! The story was fascinting in it's simplicity and I could picture every one of MY OWN details in my head as I continued chapter after chapter. The relationship between Bella and Edward may have made no sense to some, but to me it signified the magic of the feeling of absolute true love. As far as Bella's character, Stephenie Meyer made her HUMAN, her pessimism, her doubts and fears, all human emotions and they reflect the actual feelings of a teenage girl. After I finished Twilight in only hours I immediately moved on to the next and comtinued that way until I had read all 4 books, AND I have pre-ordered the movie which will ship tp me the day it comes out. I recommend this series highly!!!!!!!
