Charlie Parker private detective once again battles the otherworldly evil that inhabits our world. When Parker meets the Collector the first thing he thinks is FOUL a Foul thing. The collector takes souvenirs from the people he kills. Parker and the collector are both after the same bad guys. Parker is secretly afraid the collector might be coming for him next.
