The group finally all find their homeworlds. In the most rushed, improbable ways possible.
This was not a satisfying ending at all. What really got me was George's [the dog] complete about-face in his attitude toward being on earth. It just made absolutely no sense to me. And to top it off, to have a Villinji do a reverse just so everybody could end up happy, it didn't pan. Foster forced the ending and it went against everything in the previous books, imo, and it sucked.
Glad I borrowed these from the library and didn't spend any money on them.
