I loved this book! The crazy cast of characters, the inventive monsters, the world-building, and the HUMOR. Ah, it was a wonderful read. Very satisfying.

Twenty years after they broke up, circumstances (like, perhaps, avoiding a wife with murder on her mind, or an overassessment of boredom/responsibility) brings the once renowned "Saga" band back together. Older but wiser? Nah. Older and mostly out of shape. But they're willing to help save the daughter of their leader, despite it possibly turning into a failed and fatal attempt.

Along the way all kinds of thrilling adventures occur. So exciting, genuinely and charmingly funny, a not-to-be-missed read.
