So, I was an avid Steven King reader in middle and high school into my early 20's ... Now I'm reading him again 2 decades later. With that in mind, I found it to be a good and entertaining group of stories. Steven has a very "male" writing voice, and really enjoys lots of tiny details. I don't enjoy these 2 things so much as a reader today. I don't like the way he ends stories abruptly either. It was a good September read for me, and I recommend it. Just wonder how much I'm going to like his other books the second time around if I decide to re-read them.
