This book is full of interesting information about the cosmetic industry and natural alternatives to mainstream cosmetics. Not sure of the validity of some claims but it's enough to make me wonder and at least be mindful of what I'm putting on my skin and to look into the information myself. The author emphasizes that it's not necessary to spend a great deal of money (which of course is subjective) on green beauty products and gives many recipes for DIY products. All in all, a very interesting and engaging book.
