I was recently told by my doctor that I have borderline high cholesterol so I immediately requested several books on the subject on PaperBack Swap. 30 Minutes a Day to a Healthy Heart was actually a very enjoyable read. Pertinent information was given in a way that I could understand and implement in my everyday life. I gleaned a ton of good information on what foods to eat to have a healthier heart. Very good book.
