Book one was so great, but I couldnt remember the whole story. Luckily Sandra Kring reminds us of the highlights of the 1st book.
by page 70, I was wondering if I was really going to like this story, as I was really starting to not like Wannelee or her behavior. But the author did a good job of just pointing out that all that free love and everyone just accepting each other worked well if everyone was doing drugs and having sex, but would they all accept Button if she didnt want to do those things. Or would they call her names.
THEN bam the story gets good, and I wont give anything away, but the best friends in this book really do love each other no matter what. I think they are a good symbol of Prov 17:17 a friend loves at all times or in the more modern version a friend is someoe who knows your flaws, and secrets and love you anyway.
This book is 412 pages Short.. and worth every page.
