Gobbletygook written by someone too long in a bureaucracy. I was reading this to prepare for my trip to China, but through the first 50 pages I learned nothing new, nothing that a perusal of newspapers wouldn't give you. I will give them credit for them essentially predicting, in 2005, that the real estate market in the United States would cool down, enough to affect our imports from China.
