More of a romance novel than a suspense novel in my opinion, but is still a good read! Ex-court-reporter Marilee sets out to uncover the puzzle behind her friend's mysterious death in New Eden, Montana. Along the way she meets handsome but brooding J.D. Rafferty, a local rancher. But someone has stake in silencing her suspicions, and has the power and money to do it. Her only hope of staying alive is to unravel the truthh.
