New York Real estate agentLacey Farrel sees a killer fleeing the apartment she is showing, only to discover the dying victim who entrusts her with her daughter's journal. The victim's daughter died under questionable circumstances that the journal may hold clues to. Placed in the witness protection program until the killer is caught, Lacey attempts to discover who is behind the two deaths. When the killer traces her to her hiding place, time begins to run out.

Good book. Chapters a bit longer than some of her earlier ones, but you still want to read it right through.
