This little book is done in the format of a comic strip. It is the story of a little girl (Cindy Lou) who runs into a witch who has turned her dog (Prince) into a frog. The witch asks the girl to take care of her dog for awhile, but the spell that the witch placed on him has a glitch in it. The dog keeps changing into other creatures every so often. This causes quite a commotion as Cindy attempts to take him for a walk.
