If you have an open mind about what comes after death, you will most likely enjoy this book. This book is sort of like a psychic's self help book on dealing with this life. If you've seen Sylvia in person or on Montel, you can almost hear her reading this book to you, it's as if she's right there in the room. In this book, she gives you unconventional tools and pieces of wisdom that will help you make your life on Earth the best it can be, and what to expect after your life here is over.

It's a very comforting book that makes a lot of sense. I recommend it to anyone with an open mind who is struggling with loss, or with religion.
