Mystery novel revolving around horse racing and photography. The author clearly is quite familiar with both areas. The plot and sub-plots are a bit convoluted but hold the reader's interest.
The protagonist tells the story in the first person as a jockey. He is surrounded by corruption and other evil, and he himself seems amoral.
Novel was worth reading, but not the best in this genre.
