With this book I am beginning to see the Walmart pattern that other reviewers have referred to. I am also overly annoyed with the grammatical errors and the continuing theme of disaster vs. luck scenario. Sookie herself is growing weary of her apparent knack for getting into these situations so how are we, as the readers, not supposed to as well? I also have to mention how frustrating it is that each book introduces at least one new love interest into her life without removing a single one of the previous... how many options does one person really need and what it is it about this strange girl that attracts so many possible lovers when we are repeatedly told that noone was interested her earlier in life? This book was very disappointing, even more so than the previous books because it strayed very far from the synopsis on the back of the book (which summarized a very small portion of the entire story) and ended up being a lot of brief episodes that were rather unconnected and seemingly pointless. I did not see how most of this even fit into the big picture. At this point I am only continuing to read the books for my own curiosity of what the "end" might be and not because I am actually enjoying them.
