Helen Hawthorne takes a job in an upscale bridal shop in Fort Lauderdale. When the very wealthy obnoxious mother of the bride is murdered, Helen is suspected because her fingerprints are on the murder weapon. Helen then sets out to find out who the real killer is and clear her own name before her name and face are splashed all over the news.
As always, funny things happen along the way.
