I'm glad I waited for a copy of this book thru PBS instead of paying full price for it. It was so very disappointing that it made me wonder if Diana Palmer had a "ghost writer" who wasn't familiar with some of her previous characters. I can't believe that any 19 year old girl in today's world is so blasted stupid and unwordly. Grange had been a good character in past books, but was disappointing in Courageous. The book seemed to have a lot of "fill" in it and it sure didn't take me long to read it. It got so bad in some parts that I found myself skimming ahead a handful of pages at a time hoping the book would get better, but it NEVER did. I won't stop reading Diana Palmer, but this book was a huge disappointment
