Filled with short stories of hauntings, nothing too scary, nothing too boring. Kinda like watching an episode of Ghost Lab. You get some history and a tidbit of evidence thrown at you in each story. Some are just stories, others are cases that the team has investigated that helped with the book. Either way still interesting to read.
