I loved this book as a child and I am SO GLAD to see that it has stuck around and been updated for the 21st century. This is a wonderful book that gives essential information to children and young adults about the changes their bodies are going through. The illustrations are instructive and correct, not graphic. You definitely leave this book feeling like what you are experiencing truly is "perfectly normal". I hope they continue printing this book so I can pass it on someday.
